| Job Information | AW Health Care has an immediate full-time opening for a Director of Nursing (DON) in our University City office. The University City office supports the in home care of patients throughout St. Louis County and St. Louis City. The DON assists the Director of Clinical Services/Director of Operations with the supervision of home health services to patients in their place of residence in accordance with physician orders and strives to provide the highest quality of care to the patients assigned to their location. The DON directly supervises the Nursing Supervisor and other office support staff. The DON provides in-direct supervision and support of approximately 50 field staff, including therapists. Highly qualified candidates will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing; MO licensed RN; 3 years of more of RN experience in med/surg or geriatric care; 2 or more years of management experience; and 2 or more years of Home Health experience. |
