AW Health Care has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant supporting our Home Health Office in University City, MO.  The Administrative Assistant performs office/administrative tasks in support of service delivery to our Home Health patients.  Tasks can include faxing, answering phones, emails and serving as a general point of inquiry for staff, doctors offices, facilities and clients.

Qualified candidates will have/be:

• Previous experience in an office setting. Home Health experience is preferred.
• Average to Advanced computer skills, including word processing and data entry.
• A pro-active self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• A team player dedicated to providing a high level of customer service, with a positive attitude.
• Able to communicate effectively and possess well developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills.
• The ability to effectively interact with all employees, clients and referral sources.
